Een Open Box product is een artikel dat eerder in de winkel als demomodel heeft gestaan of door een klant is geretourneerd. Om in aanmerking te komen voor herverkoop, wordt het artikel eerst door onze technische dienst gecontroleerd en mag er hooguit lichte cosmetische schade aan het product zitten. Hierdoor kunnen wij garanderen dat het product technisch in orde is. Daarnaast worden álle Open Box producten geleverd in de oorspronkelijke doos met bijbehorende accessoires.
De levertijd van een Open Box product is vaak langer (5-8 werkdagen) dan wat we normaal gesproken gewend zijn (1-2 werkdagen). Om de kwaliteit te kunnen garanderen, wordt een Open Box product eerst nog grondig gecontroleerd voordat deze de deur uitgaat. Wanneer jouw bestelling op het punt staat geleverd te worden, ontvang je daar bericht van.
